These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Resume Applier Chrome extension and related services (“Service”) operated by Founder Manage LLC (WY) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Resume Applier is a Chrome browser extension that:

• Tailors resumes to job descriptions using AI
• Auto-detects and fills job application forms across 25+ platforms
• Tracks job applications and provides analytics
• Generates cover letters and ATS optimization suggestions

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Resume Applier, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

• Account creation requires a valid email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• The free tier does not require account creation

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Plans

• Starter (Free): Limited daily applications and resume tailoring
• Pro ($15/month): Expanded limits, auto-apply, bulk queue, cover letters
• Premium ($29/month): Maximum limits, Vision AI, LinkedIn automation, API access

5.2 Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly
• Payment is processed securely through our payment provider
• Prices may change with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers

5.3 Refunds

• 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans
• Contact support@resumeapplier.com for refund requests
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

6. License and Restrictions

6.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal job search purposes.

6.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service
• Use automated tools to abuse rate limits or circumvent restrictions
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications in applications
• Use the Service to spam employers with fraudulent applications

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Resume tailoring and cover letter generation use AI models
• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submission
• We do not guarantee that tailored resumes will result in interviews or job offers
• You should verify all information in tailored resumes is accurate and truthful

8. Data and Privacy

• Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy
• Resume data is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers
• You retain ownership of all your resume content and personal data

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Resume Applier only for legitimate job searching. You will not:

• Submit applications containing false or misleading information
• Use the Service to harass or spam employers
• Attempt to circumvent application limits or security measures
• Use the Service in violation of any job platform’s terms of service

10. Service Availability

• We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• The extension functionality depends on Chrome browser updates and third-party job site structures
• Job site compatibility may change as platforms update their interfaces
• We will make reasonable efforts to maintain and update platform support

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any job application

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Founder Manage LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension
• We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your locally stored data remains in your browser until you delete it
• Account data will be deleted upon request after termination

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in the State of Nevada. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
